At the end of the path I was on is another pasture and the road that leads to 6a( a quaint road going east on the north side of the cape(another story)) I walked through the pasture and headed down to 6A. It was still snowing off and on and as you can see in the picture on the left the sky was so gray. I felt so good. I kept my eye out for anything interesting to take a photo of as I went along. Reached 6A and just kept going. I still had quite a way to go. I love the ancient houses that line both sides of this road. They are so quaint and I can feel the history coming from each one .I know that a few of them are haunted. This road used to be called the Kings Highway. NO! It's not a monster its a old log I found in my travels. I couldn't believe it! Looks just like two eyes staring out at you. I think its a wood spirit! LOL Anyway ...I continued taking time to take more photos. I came across a flock of big beautiful turkeys. I tried following them but they wouldn't have any of that. I managed to get one photo before they dissapeared into the woods. Finally I had made it to the road home. I was pretty tired by then because I hadn't taken one of these walks in quite a while. So I called Debbie when I was half way down the road and she came and got me. The entire walk took me almost 4 hours. So many magical and wonderful things happened that I can't write them all down. I just gave you some highlights. I hope you enjoyed my walk..........
